Let me begin by acknowledging my desperate desire to make a perfect lattice top for a pie. I realize it tastes the same regardless, but something about a lattice top has always stuck with me. When I found
this recipe I couldn't help myself, I had to try. After hours of slicing up apples and patiently refrigerating the pie dough I was victorious!
