After readinghttp://mingmakescupcakes.yolasite.com/, we got inspired . . . so for our birthday we decided to make two kinds of cupcakes: espresso fudge cupcakes with cream cheese icing and strawberry vegan cupcakes! I actually couldn't remember where I found the strawberry cupcake recipe, so we improvised and just used milk and sugar for the icing. Also, the fudge cupcakes were ridiculously hard to ice because they kept crumbling (and we might've stolen ming's design). They both turned out pretty well though and were deeelicious! :)
